Buying your tickets online in advance?
- Add a Castle, Park and Gardens ticket to your basket
- Add the audio guide as an add – on to your cart and complete payment
- You will receive an email with your tickets attached
- Show your tickets at the Ticket Hut when you arrive, and you will be shown a QR code to scan
- Download the content. Public wifi is available to use in the Ticket Hut
- You are ready to begin your tour of the Castle!
Buying your tickets on the day?
- After purchasing a Castle, Park and Gardens ticket, please scan one of the displayed QR codes in the entrance courtyard or the Castle
- Enter your payment details and complete the additional payment of £5 for an audio tour
- Download the content. Public wifi is available to use at the Ticket Hut
- You are ready to begin your tour of the Castle!
