Public Access Lead
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and visitor-focused Public Access Lead to shape and lead the public-facing operations at Grimsthorpe Castle. This pivotal role involves managing the visitor experience across the Castle, Park, and Gardens, ensuring exceptional service and maintaining Grimsthorpe’s reputation as a welcoming and engaging heritage destination.
You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead seasonal staff and volunteers, manage ticketing, retail, events, and marketing, while ensuring all activities align with the Trust’s mission and values. You’ll act as an ambassador for Grimsthorpe, ensuring the site is safe, inspiring, and enjoyable for all visitors.
